Step by step guide to making a tax claim with Rapid Refunds
To claim your tax refund, you can either:
- Download the tax refund forms (ZIP file) to your desktop and open ZIP file to print.
- Order your FREE Taxpack Now
- Phone a tax consultant on 0800 071 2222 and ask for a tax pack to be mailed to you
- Drop by the office at Rapid Refunds, 10 Royal Opera Arcade, Haymarket, London, SW1Y 4UY
Print tax forms individually:
- 64-8
- P85
- P86
- R38
- Questionnaire
- Contracts

When you have the appropriate forms you must:
- Complete the questionnaire
- Sign the tax forms – there is no need to complete these forms
- Sign both contracts and keep one for yourself
- Send the forms to Rapid Refunds, 10 Royal Opera Arcade, Haymarket, London, SW1Y 4UY along with any P45s, P60s, CIS 25s or payslips you may have.
